Feel lazy like u don't wanna download this mod? welp copy paste the long ass text in your "taskparams.txt" file (you need OpenIV for this) The installation guide :- Open "OpenIV" Click on gta 4, go to pc, data, double click on "game.rpf", click on data, click on edit mode at the top of "OpenIV"'s tab and copy paste the code below in the stock "taskparams.txt" after u opened it, Then close  OpenIV and enjoy!
