GTA VCNE - V Weapons Wheel HUD Fix position and name

This is a modification that corrects the icons of weapons wheel, as well as changing the names of weapons to imitate the period from the 3D era. For this modification to work is required GTAVC Next-Gen Edition Weapon HUD mod.

Weapon icon alignment correction applies to weapons that appear in GTA VCNE. The fist icon has been changed from the original modification.
