Extract the folder and open the read me txt file follow guide, must have FusionFix.

If you want to use Patch 1. 20. 59? then you do not need Zolikapatch or the Fusionfix legacy addon. only just the FusionFix lastest version.

this was used with an RTX 3080 Ti i7 8700 4. 3GHz

the better the GPU x CPU the greater the results

How in the world did I removed all the Stutters? Well...

Anti-Stutter - Performance Enhancer - High CPU and Disk Priority at Modding Tools - Nexus Mods - Allows the CPU to be fully utilized in GTA IV's 32 bit theoretically removing stutters and frame drops

4GB Patch allows the game to use more ram that is limited in the game internally

Why did I cap the game at 60 fps with rivatuner? cause its more stable and less temps for my GPU, unlock as you will as this

was my intent to run the game at the framerate in 4K and... I don't like seeing 100 fps dipping to 78 fps etc.. not my cup a tea.
