Basic Cheats

Description

Made this for my own playthrough and figured someone else might want it too. It's a small set of quality-of-life cheats that stay out of your way: no trainer menus, no key combos, no text on your screen. Press a key, thing happens.

• []H - refills health, armor and ammo for every weapon you carry.[/]

  []F1 - spawns an NRG 900 and puts you straight in the seat. You can swap it out for any vehicle.[/]

  []F2 - spawns a Schafter and puts you in it. You can swap it out for any vehicle.[/]

  []F3 - teleports you to the mission objective (the yellow blip). No objective around? Goes to your map waypoint instead. If you're driving, the vehicle comes with you.[/]

  []R - full repair + wash for the vehicle you're sitting in.[/]

  []No fall damage - jump off whatever you like.[/]

  []No crash damage - crashes, bike wipeouts and getting run over don't hurt anymore.[/]

Requirements

ASI loader, ScriptHook & ScriptHookDotNet.

Installation

Extract the archive into your GTA IV folder so that BasicCheats.cs and BasicCheats.ini land in the scripts folder (create it next to GTAIV.exe if it doesn't exist).

Configuration

Everything lives in BasicCheats.ini:

• []All five keys are rebindable. Set any key to None to disable that feature completely.[/]

  []Health, armor and ammo refill can each be toggled on their own.[/]

  []Both spawn slots take any vehicle model name.[/]

  []Spawned vehicles come painted black (BlackPaint, can be turned off).[/]

  []Spawning a new vehicle removes the previous one so the city doesn't fill up with your leftovers (DeletePrevious, can be turned off).[/]

  []Fall damage and crash damage protection can each be switched back to vanilla.[/]

  []The one-line startup message can be disabled. After that the mod never prints anything.[/]
