Replaces the GTA IV loading screen with Azumanga Hood IV

To install put in the root directory of your gta installation where PlayGTAIV.exe is located.
(usually "../steam/steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto IV/GTAIV")
extra contains some different menu graphics
