Hello! Here we have Rockyview Mansion created by 81M The mansion itself is a newly built four bedroomed villa located on the hillside by the university in Los Santos hills. The mansion also has a large living space with kitchen and dining and amazing views of th surrounding countryside and houses. The house features 3 bathrooms and also has your very own personal gym! The house also has outdoor activities but i cannot load water in the pool as of yet. The house also features a helipad with helicopter! This is my proudest creation so any comments or ratings are much apprechiated! Please feel free to make videos and upload them to the page. Thanks! ------------------- Approx 1600 props in total 1 vehcile No peds ------------------- To download you need the following- Requirements: 1) Latest ScriptHook V 2) Latest ScriptHook V .
