LSPD and SAHP Liveries for AS-350 Ecureuil

These are not two, but three lore-friendly textures for SkylineGTRFreak's AS-350 Ecureuil, incuding Los Santos Police Departement (LSPD) and San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP). You have two ways of installing these liveries. Switch OpenIV to Edit mode, and then : Way A : Open the .ytd texture file of the helicopter, then place all the textures from the "way A" folder in it. Way B : Replace the .ytd file with the one in the "Way B" folder. Have fun with your flying squirrel (Ecureuil in french) ! Changelog : I edited a small issue from the original textures with the SAHP livery. Now, the SAHP inactive rotor texture matches the blurred one when rotating.
