GTA V Handling Editor

A simple GTA V Handling Editor. Simple table based UI, simple controls, made to get the editing done in a simple and easy manner. Main features: - Simple controls - Change a value for all cars at once - Change value by a percentage of itself (for all cars at once if desired) - Set colors of UI as you please. UPDATE 1.7: - Updated executable file name to no longer say version 1.5. - Updated handling.meta information URL to no longer take you to a dead page. UPDATE 1.6: - Fixed 1.5, All cars no longer take the values of the AIRTUG UPDATE 1.5: - Loading and building the meta file no longer makes the program hang. - Added some information enabling the user to see what is being read during load. UPDATE: - Now with a color selector to change the table to your preference! - Fix for decimal points not reading in correctly - only one known case to start with but fixed either way.
