Ash735's Vehicle Pack and GCU v1.3 Car Pack - merged

I AM NOT THE CREATOR OF GCU CAR PACK, HIGHER RESOLUTION VEHICLE PACK, OR GILLIAN'S MODPACK

I DO NOT TAKE CREDIT FOR ANY OF THEIR WORK.

I HAVE ONLY TRIED THIS WITH GILLIAN'S MODPACK, IDK IF IT WILL WORK ALONE. But honestly, I think it should.

This is essentially merging the vehicle.img file from https://libertycity.net/files/gta-4/225929-gcu-car-pack-v... rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">GCU Car Pack v1. 3 with https://www.nexusmods.com/gta4/mods/282" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Higher Resolution Vehicle Pack 2. 1 - Ash735 using https://openiv.com/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">OpenIV and Notepad++

This does not alter GCU files, rather it will overwrite cars from https://gillian-guide.github.io/drag-and-drop-archive/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Gillian's GTA IV - Drag-and-Drop Archive with GCU cars

I have only tested this with the 1. 0. 8. 0 version, but it should work for 1. 2. 0. 59

Simply drag the update folder from the .zip file into your GTA IV root directory.

Assuming you already have Gillian's modpack installed:

Installation:

• []Extract the files from the merged .zip file []Drag the update folder into the GTA IV root folder. e.g. Drive:\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV []In the update folder, open the folder "6 Vehicle Mods" and delete "ResizedBlista.img"

• []Extract the files from the merged .zip file []Drag the update folder into the GTA IV root folder. e.g. Drive:\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV []In the update folder, open "6 Vehicle Mods" folder []Cut "IV_Vehicle_Pack.img" file []Paste to "Ash_HiRes_VehiclePack" folder (also found in the update folder) []Let it overwrite the file []Delete the "6 Vehicle Mods" folder (though it should be empty).

If you have a clean game with absolutely no mods(at least no vehicle mods affecting models)

• []Extract the files from the merged .zip file []Drag the update folder into the GTA IV root folder. e.g. Drive:\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV
• Profit?
