Description

You spent few hours of murdering some poor souls and finally you teleport back with your plunder honest loot to nearest vendor with 6 bags full of inentory. Most of it it's trash. You pick few items. Oh wait these shiny boots boosted my damage but left this fucking aether resistance too low. What to do ? Need to somehow balance it right ? Or may be wait till few levels until I will be able to wear these shiny legs ? Oh wait i need to rebalance components and augments now too. Few may argue that's intended gameplaly loop and i won't argue but i'm too old for this shit. So i just spent weekend and vibe-coded AI tool for this

Installation instructions

Make sure you have codex or claude code installed and logged in (these must be in your PATH env)

Unzip and run

Go to settings and point to game directory files if it wasn't able to detect it automatically

Optionally configure model and reasoning effort (i recommend medium, high is taking too long, gpt tends to overshoot on high, although opus is fine on both high and medium, but little slow on high reasoning. Also recommended to use opus and 5. 6-sol instead of lesser models but you can try them too)

If using Codex/GPT backend and you have limits to reach and tokens to spend enable fast mode (it's enabled by default)

Main features

Reads your character save data and inventory

Builds context dossier, resistance matrix, list of all items in your stash/inventory, learned skills, available components and faction augments, etc and feeds it into AI brains

AI evaluates everything and provides you detailed verdict - what to equip, what to hold, what to sell, which augs goes to what and why, etc...

Requirements

Grim Dawn 1. 3+ gog or steam install (probably won't work on 1. 2 since there are some changes in resource files)

Codex (ChatGPT) OR Claude subscription and their CLI tools (codex cli and claude code) - works with your subscription plan (because you probably don't want to spend $2-3 to ask which digital trash should I keep and sell unless you are investor and doing it daily. But using your company GPT/Claude subscription is totally fine for that, lol (btw i'm not responsible if you'll get fired))
