In the mobile version of GTA: San Andreas and Definitive Edition, GSG used the beta version of OG Loc's texture and mixed it with his final model, which looks horrendous. This is propably not the best skin texture in the world but it's good enough of getting rid of the double oversight.
Please tell me in the comments how it looks like in other cutscenes and ingame. I already passed all of the OG Loc missions and can't test how it really looks like. There aren't easy ways to just a restart a specific mission or spawn a ped yet.
