High End Custom Config Mod - GTA SA DE Experimental (WIP)

This mod is experimental and is a work in progress as we are new to the scene and experimenting with the game.

This simple mod tells the game to use higher textures already built into the game since launching the game graphics settings reset every time and is highly built for high end PC's.

This mod will improve the quality of textures such as roads, signs ground clutter, peds textures looking cleaner, this will also smooth out certain edges of the map where it looks unappealing. This mod does not include the LOD mod fix but it does include an increase of the reflections from vehicles and objects. this also attempts to utilize DLSS for raytracing ambient occlusion this is a line you can turn off by setting it to 0 instead of 1 (1=Enable - 0=Disable)

I'm not 100% sure if every line will function as my intended purpose but this is why it's in WIP
