Vice City - Haitian Unfriendly Patch

This mod reverts the changes made to the game after the Haitian controversy, so cutscenes make sense again and don't consist of awkward silences and edits. Additionally, cutscenes that had their music changed now feature their original songs again. Also included is a high quality version of the "Mission completed" sound which plays at a more reasonable volume. Currently, the audio files as well as the English and German text files are changed, but I will try to fix the animations (they don't fit the uncensored dialogue, since they changed them to match the censored one).
