Place the VDF file into the "Data" folder along with all other VDF files. If you need to use it in mods, rename the extension to "mod," place it in the "ModVdf" folder, and specify it in the mod's INI file.

P. S. The game reacts to the creation date of the VDF files, meaning newer files override older ones.

If the game is the original version and not a mod, also way is available:

Delete all old textures from the "Data" folder and extract this VDF file into the same "Data" folder. The texture set is complete, so it will fully replace all old textures.
