This is Neptune from Hyperdimension Neptunia. NPC Citizen and Combine located in neptune section at spawn menu Sometimes when she attacks she stops shooting and t-poses. This is NOT a bug. This is how she asserts her dominance to her enemies. She also does this when she's got no weapon and an enemy gets close Credits: Unknown: for ripping the model for gmod Sophie-Bear: rigged the model and skeleton Me: made this into an NPC Enjoy and have fun!
