LUA script to remove the Source Engine Speed / Wheel Velocity Limit of 65KPH Mainly made for use of the Advanced Combat Framework Engines (ACF) which can easily exceed 65kph The script will auto start 15s after the first player joins, if it somehow fails run spdl_r from console to force it.
