[GMTR] Tornado Alley

This is a remake of gm_tornadoalley_final from the GMSC classic map series. I have always liked the map, despite the fact that it didn't really hold up over time as well as the other storm chasing maps. I created this remake in 5 days, and tried my best to be as faithful to the original map as possible while implementing modern tornado map mechanics. This map is regarded as completed now, however an upgraded version of the night map will come soon!
