Scientist suit playermodel and scientist NPC ported from Rust. Scientists are NPCs that walk around irradiated Monuments, increasing both the risk and reward from doing a scrap run. Features: Fully functional NextBot NPC with same behaviour as in Rust (he has pistol 😳).
