Dead Ringer SWEP

Original/GMOD12 addon: NECROSSIN Fixed up for GMOD13: Niandra Lades Link: http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=89308 How does this work? Take the addon out, press mouse 1 and a small little cloak box will appear above the HUD. Next time you take damage, a fake ragdoll of yourself will be created and you'll go invisible. You can reappear by either pressing Mouse 2 or waiting for the charge time to run out. Search 'dead' in the sandbox menu and it should appear. I want to give myself this weapon via console or in-game commands, what's it called? weapon_dead_ringer Does this work for TTT? No, not right away. All I've tested so far is Sandbox and my personal converted TTT version and both work fine. It's probably fine on other gamemodes, but I don't know them well enough to tell you. THE VIEWMODEL IS AN ERROR!!! That would mean you don't have Team Fortress 2 installed. You can either install it, or edit the shared.lua of weapon_dead_ringer, line 92, and change the view model to something else, like a C4. Do you know how to even indent code? I swear I do! How does this differ to the original addon? Well, previously, when you had this item equipped, other players could see you holding a watch model, so now when you have the DR equipped, you appear holstered. Future plans include changing this to get a weapon you have. I also bumped the cloaking HUD up a little for anyone who wants to convert this to TTT, since the original height clips. Also, the original cloak HUD would still appear even if the player was dead, but that should preferably be fixed now.
