Installation:
Enable mods (Main Menu>Options>Gameplay>Enable Mods). Unzip to:
Documents/My Games/GC3Crusade/Mods
This mod has been created for v3. 70. 6 and will need to be updated if future patches alter ImprovementDefs.xml (or else the mod will override changes to the file).
You can easily update the mod if you do not want to wait for me or someone else to do it:
1. Open this file in Notepad:
Galactic Civilizations III/DLC/EXP4_Retribution/Game/ImprovementDefs.xml
2. Replace all instances of this:
<IsGalacticWonder>true</IsGalacticWonder>
<IsGalacticWonder>false</IsGalacticWonder><IsPlayerWonder>true</IsPlayerWonder>
using the replace function in Notepad (Edit>Replace...).
3. Save the file to:
Documents/My Games/GC3Crusade/Mods/WonderfulGalaxy/Game
