It is designed for cleaner cruising, screenshots, video recording, testing, and high-speed runs.

Notes

This mod targets regular ambient civilian traffic. Scripted event vehicles, race vehicles, festival-area vehicles, convoy/player vehicles, online session cars, and other non-traffic vehicles may still appear.
