Spira's Trials is a complete monster attributes and rewards overhaul for Final Fantasy X HD Remaster. It introduces 6 custom difficulty tiers that let you tailor the game's combat challenge, leveling speed, and economy to match your playstyle.

Whether you want to breeze through the story with generous drop rates, play a standard balanced run, or test your max-stat custom gear against hyper-aggressive enemies, this mod has a difficulty preset for you.

• []6 Themed Presets: Choose between Chocobo Chick, Recruit, Guardian (Close to Vanilla), High Summoner, Omega Weapon, and Penance modes.[/]

  []Complete Stat Re-balancing: Adjusts monster Max HP, Overkill thresholds, Strength, Magic, Defense, Magic Defense, and Agility globally.[/]

  []Tactical Status Resistances: Higher difficulties scale status resistances (up to 254) so you cannot easily cheese tough battles with Sleep, Poison, or Silence, while preserving native immunities (255) so bosses function correctly.[/]

  []Progression & Economy Adjustments: Dynamically scales AP rewards, Gil drops, and item quantities (drops and steals) to balance out the difficulty.[/]

• []Option A (Recommended): Open the Mod Manager, click `📥 Import` (or stage files), select the mod's `.zip` or `.rar` archive, and follow the prompt.[/]

  []Option B: Extract the mod archive directly into your `mods_disabled/` directory.[/]

  If the Mod Manager was already open, click `🔄 Refresh` (or `Refresh Mod List`) to update the list. Select the mod from the list and click `⚡ Enable` to activate it.

  Manual Installation Note: If you are not utilizing the Mod Manager, please install the mod files manually by copying the nested "ffx_ps2" directory (and its contents) directly into your game's active mods folder (typically `data/mods/`). Ensure you omit the top-level parent folder (e.g. `Classic_Magic_and_Command_Nomenclature`) and the manager-specific `modinfo.ffxmod` metadata file entirely.

  Intended for players who want to focus entirely on the story and characters without combat challenge.
