  Requirements

  • []Steam version of Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster (old or new exe, both work)[/]

    Installation

    • []Close the game[/]

      []Drag FFX.exe onto FarplaneFix.exe

(or drop FarplaneFix.exe into your game folder and double click it)[/]

[]Done! Your original exe is backed up as FFX.exe.bak[/]

      Your game folder is usually:

      Steam\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY FFX&FFX-2 HD Remaster

      Uninstall

      • []Run FarplaneFix.exe again the same way you installed it. It'll ask if you want to remove the patch, hit Y[/]

[]Or delete FFX.exe and rename FFX.exe.bak back to FFX.exe[/]

        Notes

        • []If Steam verifies your game files or updates the game, it'll put the stock exe back. Just run the patch again.[/]

[]Windows might show "Windows protected your PC" the first time. The exe just isn't signed, click More info > Run anyway.[/]

[]Safe to run more than once.[/]
