First you must have kaldaien's Special K mod Installed with your Dxgi.ini set with texture inject on.
you can edit this by opening your Dxgi.ini and setting
Inject=true
then after this is done you drag and drop the folder contained in the .zip to
FINAL FANTASY XV\SK_Res\inject\textures\ffxv_s.exe
(if you do not have these folders you must create them)

currently there is only a 4k version with plans to do a normal version and also a non-specialK version
