I couldn't find a freckles mod to my taste, so I made one. You can have it too, if you like it.
Installation:
If not using the .pmp, make sure this is above base TBSE and below scar and body hair overlays if you want it to look right.
Transparent PNG overlay, . PMP file and . PSD for full customization for edits.
