Reduces lip gloss/shine on male Miqo'te.

(why did they all have lip balm)
This does exactly what the title says. This is a texture edit of the vanilla PBR face texture for male Miqo'te. It dramatically reduces (but does not completely remove) lip gloss/shine, so it looks more similar to how lips shine on other male races. It might also very slightly reduce skin shine on the face, but it shouldn't be too different. Try it and see it for yourself!
This is especially visible on darker skinned characters. It works on elderly NPCs as well (not sure about children though).
This is a Penumbra-only mod. I do not use FFXIV TexTools to install mods (and honestly you shouldn't either).
