Known current issue:
Max Shadow Resolution is 5376 - when the value is above it, shadow rendering gets bugged/glitched out visually because of dx11 limitation.
FF12 shadow atlas = 3 cascades side by side
5376 * 3 = 16128
D3D11 max 2D texture dimension = 16384
