With this editor, you can change the following:

[]The name of the license (Not completely, only using existing names of licenses/equipment)

]LP Cost[]The group the license is in (Change if it's an equipment, ability, augment, or gambit license)
[]Change up to 8 different effects of the license for most license types!
How to use:
Open your battle_pack.bin file from the VBF file (which can be extracted using VBF Browser)
Then you are free to edit the licenses!
Just remember to save after editing them!
