Adds limbal rings for all non-Au Ra races
Adds Limbal Rings to all races. You cannot select the colours of these rings, they're based on eye colour. This is not a replacement for fantasia and as a result au ra are not included.

The specular maps modified are the 32px wide vanilla ones.
The iris-sm5.shpk included is the same as Nylfae's. You may delete that from this one and inherit it, however with it being 84KB I see no reason to.
