Lalafell First Person Camera Options

A mod that mainly fixes default first person camera height to be eye level on Lalafell, as they are the only race that it does not align on.

this also affects third person height, but that can be compensated for with in game settings.

Added some additional camera height options due to request for photo purposes.

1) Only works while on foot, mounts have separate camera settings and they are on a per mount basis.

2) There are two options for eye level, one has sit mostly lined up with your character center, but due to limitations of the system I can't account for different pose head locations.

The other option has sitting camera bound to the head bone. This results in the camera janking when poses change, but it does center on the head.

3) This has only been tested in Penumbra and I do not know if it work in Textools. If you try to force stuff in and it breaks your game I cannot assist.

4) Besides camera location I am unsure if this affects anything else in the game. If you notice anything not working right feel free to let me know through the support options below.
