Hempen Slave Tunic (Bibo Plus)

Rescale of Kirara's Hempen Slave Tunic - TGT to Bibo+. As with the original mod, this will mess with the textures of the male version of the tunic, and it does not have enough clearance for puffier leg gear like e.g. skirts.
