Gemking's Coat for All

The crater-exclusive items are so good. I want them for my battle classes. Easy!

This will replace the Oasis Doublet and the Oasis Tunic, to allow both male and female models to have access. All race friendly. Dyeable. This will replace these items for all NPCs in game, as well. People in Ul'dah are about to be fancy as hell.
