Black Death Achievement

PlagueButton.dllin:

SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Farthest Frontier\Farthest Frontier (Mono)\ModsLaunch the game in Mono mode. To unlock achievements in Mono, you’ll need a working achievement-enabling mod. If you don’t have one, you can try infecting the villagers, saving, and then loading that save in Standard mode—although that fallback hasn’t been tested yet.

Press Ctrl + Shift + F8.

The mod instantly infects enough villagers to bring the total number of living Bubonic Plague cases to 60. No existing plague case is required.

For me, the Black Death achievement popped immediately!

Why did I make this mod?

Because I spent 20 in-game years with a town of 1,000 villagers absolutely overrun with rats. No hospitals, no medicinal herbs, no soap, no rat catchers—sanitation was as bad as it could possibly get.

Twenty years under those extreme conditions, and STILL no bubonic plague. I was losing my mind.

I couldn’t find a usable plague save or a mod that could force an outbreak anywhere online. So, out of sheer desperation, I had Codex build this little miracle from scratch.

I hereby dub this mod the Seed of Ruin. LOL.
