Privateer Mod Enhanced

I want to make it very clear from the start, I am not the original creator of the privateer mod, you can find the original mod here. It was made by Cheezitmeister.

Please Endorse and download the original mod (even if you don't use it) to show support to the creator. This mod is just some slight adjustments I made to that original one to make it, in my opinion, slightly better.

Alright now, here are my changes...

All skills are now unlocked from the start. Previously the mod only unlocked a select few.

HUD changes were removed. Originally the mod had it so that when entering mounted guns, the HUD would disappear, and when in cutscenes, the hud would stay.

The Silver Dragon (chinese knife) is now unlocked in the store.

Rain is now far more frequent. You will encounter storms more often.

As mentioned earlier, this is just a small adjustment to a larger mod, so I will reiterate that you should show support to the original, as the changes I made are simple, if not feeble at best. You can load a previous save game, or if you want, start a new game. A fresh new game will be more stable though. I am using the unlocked version as a base, you get the privateer outfit and your finger back after the game is done.
