Better Cry Attachments

Description

Few days ago I started new game in FC3, I was a bit frustrated that a lot of weapons don't have attachments, and the best sniper rifle was without suppressor. Through searching I found that Rakyat mod collection included a mod called Better Attachments, that suppose to give weapons more attachments and slots for them. However there were flaws, that scratched my butt and I decided to edit those files via gibbed tool. Most of weapon have 3 attachments but some had 3 as well but it was nonsense like repair tool with 3 attachments etc. So I post it here, because I didn't found on nexus or moddb version of mod for 1. 06. If there anyone want to include this mod to theirs I post loose files as well.

Copy/paste data_win32 in root folder of game

Main features

- Fixed store position for all weapons (no more swoosh animation, every weapon static after showing suppressor)

- Weapons that don't have any possible attachment won't show "0/3 attachments" (changed to "no attachments')

- Fixed all LMGs section with wrong attachments quantity (now it's 2 without suppressor), and for Desert Eagle as well (suppressor was clipping on this, so I didn't include it)

- Unlocked multiplayer Type 10 and Predator bow for signature weapons

- AMR and Bull have suppressors, without stat changes

- Shotguns suppressors icons shows up normally attached to gun barrel

- This mod fixes old bug that Ubi didn't fix through years with M133 (Bug appears when selecting "customize" option on M133 for tinting and suppressor appears when no attachments for this weapon listed in menu)

There is one bug that I can't fix, not with my skills on FC modding at the moment. This bug is not fatal for those who playing on keyboard, but for gamepad player could be annoying.

- HUD icons in weapon selection wheel and store wheel are bugged with weapons that aren't suppose to have attachments like suppressor for SPAS12 (Right now I'm not able to fix it or never will be).

Through my playthrough didn't notice anything beside this one bug.  - FIXED in 2. 0

There is one thing left, but it's unfixable due limitations of scripting in FC3, after too many attempts I gave up. Store Icons for AMR and Bull doesn't apply suppressor icons in weapon list. I spend almost 8 hours trying, but frankly nothing worked. There is nothing I can do about it.

So after playtest of my mod silenced AMR/Bull were a bit off with description of weapon that don't have word "Silenced/Silencer" in it.

And it's my problem that those minor details can just cause ass ache. Description is hardcoded, nothing helped, so I reversed all signature weapons and added silencers to LMG's (why not). And bonus - all UI icons for weapons are clean and don't have those blue parts of attachments. In my opinion this looked better for UI and makes it's style unified for all weapons, even with signature. It's a bonus version of mod, you need fc mod installer for it. I won't upload patch.dat version of loose files coz I'm lazy asf))).

No more updates! Mod is considered as final version!
