UPDATE 3. 1:
--corrects the unlocking for all signature weapons
--adds a reduced timescale, IMO a tremendous improvement ingame!
--unlocked the front takedown attack for Jason, cause its seriously BADASS! And if you can get close enough to perform without dying, you deserve to be able to perform this
--Legit Guns properly updated to newer 1. 3 version Dallin (personal edits and changes still reapplied and carried over)
--HD packs, get an added new moon texture from x1x4!
--several other minor tweaks and changes
