The mod list

You can drag mod files in from your drive or pull them straight from Nexus once you're logged in. You can reorder the load order however you want, rename the mods that show up as cryptic filenames, and let the app write the archive list into your INI so you never have to edit that line yourself. If two mods are fighting over the same game files (the closes one to the top takes priority), it warns you before you load in (You can turn on "Auto Conflict Override" to skip the conflict dialog)

Nexus stuff

Logging in with your Nexus account gets you one-click mod downloads. You can also paste a Collection link, and the app will download every mod in that collection for you. Best of all, instead of opening twenty mod pages to see what changed, it checks every tracked mod for updates at once and installs all of those updates in a single pass-through

Tweaks and INI

Every setting you change here gets written straight to Fallout76Custom.ini. If you don't feel like adjusting things one by one, the presets run from Ultra down to a Potato PC mode for when your machine is actually trash. If  like adjusting things yourself, there's a full editor for Custom.ini and Prefs.ini.

Bundling ba2s

You can combine several mods into one optimized ba2 archive, which keeps your archive count under the game's limit. You can also open any archive, look through every file inside it, and choose exactly which files to extract or build. The app handles both general files and DDS textures, using the same compression levels the game expects.

Pip-Boy colors

You can recolor your Pip-Boy, your Quick-Boy, and your Power Armor screen. Pick one of the built-in color presets or set your own values, and if you want all three screens to match, there's a toggle that applies the same color to each of them.

Profiles and backups

You can save a full setup, meaning your enabled mods, your load order, and your game settings, then switch between those setups whenever you want. Every backup is timestamped. You can roll back your INIs, mods, or config files back to a point when everything still worked.

Other things worth mentioning

The app works on both Steam and Xbox installs and can apply your edits to both versions at once.

The whole interface is translated into several languages. It ships with a few themes and lets you import your own, supports keyboard shortcuts, and installs its own updates quietly in the background without interrupting you mid-game.

Other Stuff

Download the latest release and run the installer. Point the app at your Fallout 76 folder, though it will usually detect that folder on its own. Log in to Nexus if you want the one-click downloads. Then add your mods, set everything up the way you like it, and play.
