vivid clouds and skys

1. Download Reshade

2. Extract to a location

3. Install it into your fallout76 folder where the fallout76.exe is

in my case it's D: \ Program Files \ Bethesda.net Launcher \ games \ Fallout76

4. Download Apex and put the .ini into the same fallout76 folder

5. used effects are curves, technicolor2, clarity and filmicanamorphsharpen

5. activate it ingame with home(pos1)  and select apex.ini
