A small edit to Wernher's gear to make him a little stronger.
Enhanced Version Included with Boss NPC Edits
I changed Wernher's gear to make him a little tougher when fighting him if you side with Ashur. Specifically I gave him a unique varient of Paulson's Revolver and a unique variant of the Merc Cruiser Outfit.
