WARNING: don\'t use this mod (especialy NTC) if you have any EPILEPTIC problems or if you are in a psychic bad condition! This \"Fallout 3\" - mod adds to every drug, medic, alcohol, Nuka Cola Quantum, radiation and withdraw syndrom a visual effect. Overdosing with drugs makes by some drugs the visual effect stronger. This mod adds 2 custom drugs: Smokeherb and NTC. I tried to make the visual effects of the standart drugs not to be overhelmed so that the gameplay doesn\'t get messed up (except NTC). Keep in mind, that waiting, sleeping or fasttravel have no effect on the visual effects, only realtime is counted! You can get Smokeherb and NTC by looting or buy them where other drugs can be bought. QuickFix in RivetCity is a good shop, wait outside 3 days for respawn and then should the custom drugs be randomly in QuickFix, if not, wait again. Alchol: 3 levels the 3. level have doublevison Buffout: 2 levels Smokeherb: 3 levels Perception +1 Jet: dynamic level By using Jet the player can run faster (up to +130% depending from Jet level and AP) but it costs ActionPoints. To save the ActionPoints the player can sneak, with Jet the player will be fast by sneaking as normal running without Jet. By using Jet the players Jet level get immediatly high and then it get lower with the time. Mentats: 2 levels Morphine: 1 level Nuka Cola Quantum: additional level Pyscho: 1 level RadAway: 3 different visual effects A side effect of RadAway are light faint accumulations. Radiation: 4 levels RadX: 1 level Stimpak: 1 short effect NTC: dynamic level Luck: max +3 Perception: max -4 Repair: max -24 Sneak: max -30 Haggle: max -24 Speak: max -30 Afterwards effect: Agility: -2 Charisma: -1 Inteligence: -1 Sneak: -10 The NTC drug is different than the other drugs, it sends the player on a psychedelic trip with visual and audio hallucinations. This drug doesn\'t start immediatly, it will take some time to start and if it starts, the player get smooth higher and higher and after that the player get smooth down (sometimes it takes over 30min). Every NTC drug is randomly strong, so the player can get randomly with one NTC same high as with two. By taking 2 NTCs or more the player can get overdosed, but it will take time to find this out. On higher levels the flashes are stronger, the trip is longer and sometimes the player get a light faint accumulation. The visual flashes aren\'t static, they are some single effects randomly combined (like a screensaver) and they aren\'t all the time active.
