Use Clutter as a tools

This is a separated part of my mod Apparel Revamped. http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3113 For start using benefits of this mod, get some books with names like \"Fixing all with wonderglue\" from Moira Brown from Megatonne. Than, read this book for a clues. FOr examble, vodka and whiskey buffs your medecine skill for their desinfecting effects on wounds and surgery equipment. Each of mentioned things, stored in your inventory, will buff your skills. For modders - this mod doesn\'t change enything in clutter, so any other doesn\'t conflict with it. THis mod only adds some abilities to player character with complicated scripting.
