Adds a new perk to the game - \"Cola Connoisseur\", attainable only by finishing \"The Nuka-Cola Challenge\" quest. It increases the damage of Nuka-Grenades by 20%. Now, Nuka-Grenade users may actually consider giving up thirty bottles of Quantum! You only get the new perk if you give the cola to Petrovita; dealing with Ronald won\'t give you enough insight into Nuka-Cola to improve your cola-based weapons!
