I suggest if you that try to pick up a copy to see what other mods they talked about* Mod Requirements -------------------------------------------------------------- Photo editing software. If you don\'t have any try GIMP (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=32) DDS Converter Software (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=31) Installation -------------------------------------------------------------- Same as most mods just extract EVERYTHING to your data folder. Details -------------------------------------------------------------- This mod/utility allows you to create custom tattoos for your character. There are four \"slots\" to save your tattoos. Included is a step by step guide that shows you how to create the tattoos. I\'ve also included 4 pre-created example tattoos. It can also be used for other purposes such as adding battle scars, or makeup. Or maybe metal skin for those cyborg characters. How to use -------------------------------------------------------------- There is a folder called \"Uglulyx Player Tattoo Creation\" In that folder you will find a step by step guide to creating your custom tattoos. Known Issues/Conflicts -------------------------------------------------------------- Now known issues yet. This mod should not conflict with anything.
