This is just like my Instant Skills mod for Oblivion. All skills and attributes to max, level to 30, ton of money, T-51 armor, some perks, and some items. REQUIRES Broken Steel, Pitt, Anchorage It is located next to your bed when Amata wakes you up in the begining of the game, so if you use a save game for a quick start, you might want to go back. I recommend this quick start mod: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2840 UPDATE 6/4/09: I have included a vanila version, does the same thing
