Saraks Starter Pack

After playing through Fallout 3 a few times, I feel that I really wish I had some perks right off the bat. Perks such as Deep Sleep, Explorer, etc. Nothing real game breaking, but just some perks to help make the game a little more user friendly. Instead of just using cheat codes, I created this mod. Just down the hill from Vault 101, there is a basement behind a house in Springvale. Inside are a few things that can help a new character without being game breaking in my opinion. Included are some Books giving the following Perks: Explorer, Ladykiller/Blackwidow (depending on gender), Deep Sleep, and Mr. Sandman. PLUS A few damaged and broken weapons and a little Ammo Finally there is a Regulator Coat, Sheriff Hat, Lucky Shades, some cigarettes, and a Nuka-Cola Quantum. However, the previous Owner is still lurking around so be careful. I based this room on the Holy Light Monastery. This is my first room I ever created. Just extract the mod into your Fallout 3/Data directory and enjoy. Oh and you will need Broken Steel to use this.
