One of the Talon Company mercenaries has been tinkering with a Silenced 10mm pistol, and has made significant improvements to it.

• Installation

Unzip into your Fallout 3/Data folder, and activate.

• Use

Once the mod is activated, the Talon pistol will be added to the game. Hint: It's located in a place where Talon Company mercenaries hang out. For additional hints, scroll down past the legal-ish stuff.

May conflict with other mods that modify the specific cell where the pistol is found.

• Details

This mod is intended to address two things that annoyed me a bit: 1) A relative lack of weapons that do bonus limb damage. 2) The lack of a unique silenced 10mm pistol.

The pistol is the same as or slightly better than the stock Silenced 10mm in most ways, but is much more accurate, more durable, and does bonus limb damage:

Value: 350 Damage: 9 Critical Damage: 7 Limb Damage Multiplier: 2. 5 Base VATS Chance to Hit (only affects use by NPCs): 20 Minimum Spread: 0. 25 Action Points: 19 Max Range (only affects use by NPCs): 1026 Semi-automatic Fire Delay Max: 0. 5 Clip: 15 rounds

Note that this pistol is deliberately designed so that a non-silenced 10mm is still more damaging per shot.
