Super Mutant Mask

is a Super Mutant Friend Mask that you don't have to go through a quest to get. Does not apply to centaurs only Super Mutants.

Copy the esp to your Fallout 3 Data Folder

Activate the esp in Fomm Or whatever you use

Load your Fallout 3 Saved Game then

Use the Console Code to get it
