Suburban Open House Garage with animated door

DESCRIPTION

This imod adds a suburban house with an open garage and an animated garage door as a modders resource. The plugin contains an static suburban house with an open garage and an garage door with the  proper animation.

This mod is a modder resource. You need the GECK to add the house and the door to the game. You can use it to replace the current suburban houses with a garage and to fill them with stuff. You can also connect the garage with the interior of the house with a door (if you create an interior for such house). Needless to say you will have to modify the nav-mesh around the new model if replace the original houses. Watch the videos and pics for more details.

My models do not include LOD meshes. If you want to add more of these new houses to the landscape or to a worldspace, keep in mind you will have to create the LOD meshes. This is not necessary if you use it to replace the original houses which include a garage. It works with the current LOD meshes of these houses.

INSTALLATION

Extract the OpenhouseGarage.rar in your FO3data folder.

Since My FO3 is in Spanish, some labels can be changed randomly to Spanish. You can fix this in FO3edit.

This is a modders resource. You don't need my permission to use it. Only remember to give me the proper credit and set a link to my mod if you use it in a mod.
