Animated Carousel Modders Resource

DESCRIPTION

This mod adds an animated carousel as a modders resource. This carousel can be activated to work as real carousel (watch video below), but besides that, is merely decorative. You are free to use it in any mod you want, only remember give me the proper credit and set a link to my mod.

HOW TO MAKE IT WORK

This is a modders resource. You need the GECK to make it work. If you dont have the GECK installed you can find it here in nexus. Download it and install it.

As you can see in the pic A, the mod consists of an static object (the carousel), an activator (the activator panel), an script and the sound (the music).

To make it work, open the GECK, find the location you desire in the cell view window, drag the static carousel to the chosen location in the render window. Then add the activator and place it near the carousel. Double click on the activator panel in the render window to open reference window of the activator panel and in the tab "linked ref", set your carousel as the linked ref (pic B). Remember to modify the nav-mesh around the carousel so NPCs and creatures surround it.

The script is already attached to the activator panel and the music is already attached to the static carousel, so, your carousel is ready to work in game. Save your plugin and exit GECK.

Q: Why there is not a carousel near Paradise Falls as there is in the screenshots?

A: That carousel was set for the video and the pictures. The idea is that you can place the carousel wherever you desire. Read instructions.
