Skill Books Rebalance: - One point will be added for every two books read - With Comprehension, one additional point will be added for every four books read - Only 20 of each type of book can be read, for a maximum bonus of 10 points, or 15 with Comprehension - Read books are replaced with an \'old\' copy of reduced value
